Polyominoes: Puzzles, Patterns, Problems, and Packings - Solomon Golomb, 2nd Edition, 1994. The classic book by the creator of pentominoes.
Polyominoes: A Guide to Puzzles and Problems in Tiling - George Martin, 1991. Lots of puzzles and problems in tiling, of course. A very nice addition to the Golomb book.
Pentominoes - John Millington, 1993. A small paperback filled mostly with puzzles and solutions.
New Mathematical Diversions from Scientific American - Martin Gardner, 1966, revised 1995. Reference to Polyominoes in "Polyominoes and Fault-Free Rectangles"
The Mathematical Gardner - David A. Klarner, 1981. Reference to Polyominoes in "My Life Among The Polyominoes".
