In 2000, I went on 24 hikes, less than half that of 1999. I had other things to take care of. :) Some of the highlights of the year were a backpacking trip to beautiful Jennie Lake, my first trip to the Lakes Basin area northwest of Tahoe, and a trip to Australia.
