It was sunny and just a bit cooler today, but still warm. Once again, we drove to the Park and
Ride, this time to hike to
Alberta Falls and Mills Lake.
After the hike, we returned to our campground, stopping at the shack near the entrance to buy
ice, ice cream, and kindling. The shack is only open from around 5:30pm-8:00pm each day.
When we arrived back at our camp site, we saw that it had rained much more heavily than the
previous day. Some road sections had pools of water, and it was slightly muddy in some places
in our site. It rained just a little off and on, and we could hear distant thunder while we
prepared dinner, but it never really threatened our camp.
