It was clear and dry on the morning of our last full day in the park. Our camp site neighbors,
who hailed from Chicago, drove off to Longs Peak campground. We hoped our new neighbors were
just as nice (and quiet). After breakfast we drove to the Cub Lake Trailhead to start the
Cub Lake Loop hike.
After the hike, we stopped by the shack for ice cream, ice, and firewood again.
We then returned to our camp site. Shortly, our new neighbors arrived, and we were
happy to see that they were friendly and that their dog was very well behaved and didn't
make a peep the whole time.

We were happy to cook dinner without having to deal with any rain tonight. After a final
campfire, it was off to sleep.
