I started off in the morning near Face Rock. However, there was some
morning haze so I didn't stop to take any pictures. Instead, I headed
south along Highway 101. After about a half hour I neared Humbug Mountain
State Park. Before I got there, however, I stopped by the side of the
road to take pictures of Redfish Rocks.

Next, I stopped for a moderate hike up
Humbug Mountain.
After the hike, I drove south on Highway 101 a bit more before stopping
and taking some more pictures.

I continued south into California, then stopped in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park
for a short hike at
Stout Grove.
After the hike, I returned to 101 south, then took the
Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway. It was getting late in the afternoon so I didn't
have time for a hike, but just stopped by the side of road for some pictures.
