I don't usually make a habit of doing the same hike twice, let alone 3 times.
But I made an exception for this one for a good reason.
My good friend Jennie passed away from cancer in 2021. Jennie accompanied me on
more hikes than anyone else other than my family. I shared over 400 miles of trail
with her, including a hike up Windy Hill over 20 years ago. I planned a memorial
hike for her with some friends, so I wanted to do something we'd done before.
I won't say much about the hike itself since I've already covered it twice before.
I'll just leave you with some pictures.
