Meyers Trip Day 4 of 4 Previous Day | Trip Home | Next Day Monday, September 7th Granite Lake hike; drive home We left the house around 11am and headed toward the Kirkwood area, trying to avoid the traffic on Highway 50. We hiked to Granite Lake near Silver Lake. We left Kit Carson Lodge around 3pm, arriving back in the bay area around 6:50pm, after about 20 minutes of traffic delays.
