It was 50 degrees in the tent again that morning. My resting heart
rate was 65 bpm. It was 60 the day before, and usually around
50 bpm at home. I wasn't sure if it was the altitude or the fact
that I only got about 4-5 hours of good sleep (which is decent
for a camping trip).
We found out later that some bears had been raiding some nearby
campsites, including at least one car with a cooler. We were lucky
that we were able to fit everything into our food storage locker
and that prevented any damage to our site.
Getting ready for the hike after a good breakfast.
Today, we did our hike up Mount Dana.
