We Another early start. I hoped to avoid cooking/cleaning in the
dark. We drove to the Mono Pass trailhead and at 9:20am started
hiking up to Mt. Lewis.
Unfortunately, the hike took longer than I had hoped and, while
it was still light when we cooked, it was dark by the time we
were cleaning up. Dinner was shrimp and pasta. Weihaw went to
check out the campfire program we'd missed the previous 3 nights.
I played doctor and tended to Reza's blistered feet.
Jean, not being able to fall asleep, asked me for an antihistamine
to use as a sleeping pill. I brought it out and was about to tell
her only to take half a pill, but she'd already swallowed it whole.
Oh well. She'd be out for some time, I knew.
