Raccoon outside on our deck at Point No Point
The sky was overcast when we woke up, but it started to clear up by the
time we drove to Sooke to pick up some groceries. It was completely clear
by the time we hiked in
East Sooke Regional Park.
After the hike, we returned to the resort. After dinner, we made our way
down to the Beach House, which is part of the resort. It's a 40 foot long
partially enclosed structure with a private beach. In the center is a
campfire pit, which we took advantage of. Meanwhile, we could see cruise
ships (probably headed for Alaska) slowly making their way up the coast.
